If financial issues are a consideration, please contact George or Glorice Stevenson, Dr. Phil Fuller, or any district staff member. We want to help make it possible for everyone to attend, and we do not want financial considerations to limit your participation.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT AVAILABLE?

A grant discount of $125 per room will be given for the Ministry Team Retreat to those who apply and are approved.

Price after discount: Double Room $365 • Single Room $269

This grant discount is available to clergy (district licensed or ordained, including retired pastors), on a first come first served basis, with a maximum of 5 grants per church.

The grant discount is limited to the first 120 applications.
Translation
Please bring your headphones for your phone. A new system is being used in this event so that you can now receive the live translation through your phone instead of using the radio.
Vendor Tables
Each table is a standard six-foot table. Due to our limited space, you will be assigned to ½ of the six-foot table. The hotel supplies the table coverings.
