Below are the steps to register for the VA Ladies Conference.

Step 1:  Register for the Conference
Print out Registration Form and Mail to:

Step 2:  Pay Conference Fee of $100
Mail Check Payable to VA District Women's Ministries

Conference Fee must be paid online or postmarked no later than April 15, 2018.
We have worked hard to minimize the cost of the this conference.  Please consider covering the transaction fee when prompted (if paying by credit card).

Step 3:  Reserve Hotel Room
Hotel group rates have been extended until May 1, 2018.  Hotel Charges are paid directly to hotel. Cancellations or refunds are according to hotel policy. 72-hour cancellation required.

Provide group VA Ladies Conference 2018. Give names of your roommates.

Don’t have enough in your group to fill a room?
The hotel cost varies based on how many guests are in a room.
While we prefer that local churches organize their own rooms; we understand that some will have an “odd” number of ladies attending. We would like to help you get “even”!

Step 4:  Attend the Conference
Load up your car with some great people and head to Virginia Beach!
